Deep Wicker Storage Basket & Customer Service

I ordered 4 baskets and one had a small problem for my needed application. (Older cabinet in specific
space with specific needed dimensions of 12' X 12' X 8").

I contacted tbl the basket lady and they were so helpful and graciously took care of the situation. I praise them with Excellent Customer Service and Company Integrity. In today's world, I'm thankful for response to emails, answered phones, and problem solving. They took care of all of it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You will not be disappointed. Also, The baskets are beautiful in my cabinet!!
