We are storing blankets and pillows in the trunk and we were nervous about ordering on line and hoping there would be no strange aroma from varnish, etc. The wicker trunk has no strange smells whatsoever and we love the look and quality. 100% satisfied.

My "Deep Wicker Storage Trunk" arrived this morning, and I love it!!! It appears to be well made, is exactly the color I was expecting, and is the perfect size for storing a couple extra bed pillows and blankets. I wish I had room for another one! I do have a couple questions. 1) What kind of fabric is the liner? Wondering if it will shrink if I wash it. 2) How do I get rid of the "new rattan" smell? Don't want the pillows and blankets smelling like a hay field. Thank you!!!
