Returned due to multiple defects

The corner hamper shipped to me should’ve been pulled from inventory due to numerous defects. No one who ordered that would expect to get the poor quality item your company chose to send to me. The lid was put on wrong — set back from hamper so top edge of hamper and lid edge did not line up. This was most noticeable in the middle of the curve where the lid edge was 7/8” set back from the hamper edge. Also, the lid overhung the hamper by an inch on the left side, but did line up on the right side. There were many breaks in the wicker on the top surface of the lid with large gaps throughout. Two of the wicker breaks included rough wicker end pieces that stuck up above the level of the lid. NONE of these sorts of defects were evident in the photos of this item on your website. The wicker recycling bin with galvanized liner that was ordered at the same time was well made. For me, the lack of quality control on the corner hamper has ruined your company’s reputation, and I will not be ordering anything in the future.
